Please take the time to read through our Terms & Conditions of Sale as outlined below, before ordering from our online store www.nikkissupplystore.com.

ORDERING 

In ordering from our online store you are making an offer to purchase our products. On placing an order with us you’ll receive an email notification acknowledging receipt of your order. 

Your order will then be dispatched within 5 working days.

From time to time we may advertise “pre-order” products via our online store. The estimated dispatch date will be advertised alongside the product at this time. 

Goods purchased from our bricks and mortar stockists or our online retail stores are for personal use only and should not be used for marketing or promotional reasons.

 

PAYMENT & PRICING

Payment for orders made at our online store are accepted via Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major Credit and Debit Cards.

Prices are set in Pound Sterling (GBP) but if you are outwith the UK, your local currency will show. For customers whose method of payment is primarily in a currency other than GBP, orders will be subject to the exchange rate on the day of the transaction.

If ordering from outside of the UK (depending on your location) orders may be subject to import duty and other associated fees. From 2021, this will include countries in the European Union. 

 

PACKAGING

Our orders are packed in cardboard mailing boxes, tissue paper and paper tape which is all recyclable. We aim to reuse packaging materials that arrive with us at the studio (e.g paper padding, bubble wrap or foil bubble mailers) so on occasion this will be used to pack/protect some items for shipping. 

We'd encourage you to re-use / recycle any packaging that you can too!

 

SHIPPING 

Please see our Last Order Dates for Christmas 2024.

Our shipping days are Monday & Thursday.

We ship to the UK, Ireland, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping costs are calculated when your delivery country is selected at the checkout. Shipping charges include packaging costs.

We endeavour to ship all orders within 5 working days of receipt of payment, unless stated otherwise in the item listing.

If you need your order faster than this, please select Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Special Delivery at checkout (UK only).

Orders with standard shipping are dispatched via Royal Mail 48 which takes approximately 2-3 working days to arrive. The tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email provides confirmation of delivery/attempted delivery. Please note that letter size orders (e.g. individual stickers) may be sent via Royal Mail Second Class.

If you require your parcel to be tracked and/or signed for on delivery please upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Special Delivery at checkout.

 

UK DELIVERY

Please keep an eye out for your postman or a "Something For You" card in case they attempt delivery while you're out. In this instance you can collect your order from your local Delivery Office or visit the Royal Mail website to arrange re-delivery at a convenient time. For information on the location of your local delivery office please call Royal Mail on 0845 6050767 or visit www.royalmail.com.

Please make sure that your shipping address details are accurate at time of order. Postage paid on any orders which are returned to us due to errors with your shipping address will be invoiced to you (via Paypal) before the order can be re-shipped. 

 

AIRMAIL SHIPPING

Depending on where you are in the world shipping from the UK can take between 7 - 10 working days from the date of dispatch.

Customers are responsible for any customs charges or import duty, if applicable. Post-Brexit, this will include customers shopping from the EU.

Please note that International Standard shipping is not tracked.

 

DELAYED POST

Please make sure you order in plenty of time, however if you require a quicker posting service, please select Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Special Delivery Service at checkout (UK only).

You can check if you have any undelivered mail waiting for you at your local Royal Mail delivery office by giving them a call.

For any other enquiries regarding postage delays or information specific to your order, please email nikkissupplystore@gmail.com and include your order number.

 

CANCELLATION & RETURNS

We can accept returns of products in an unused condition within 7 days of delivery. If you'd like to return a purchase drop us a line at nikkissupplystore@gmail.com and we’ll confirm the return address for you. 

If you have received one of our items as a gift, we are able to provide an exchange for goods to the same value (within 28 days of the original purchase date) only if the item was purchased from us online and not via one of our stockists.

Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser.

Please note, while we are happy to issue you with a refund/exhange for your item purchase, we're unable to refund any return postage and packaging costs.
