We aim to ship each order within 5 working days.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 (2-3 days delivery). Orders outwith the UK are sent via Royal Mail Airmail (7-21 days delivery).

DO YOU SHIP TO THE EU?

Unfortunately, due to new GPSR regulations, we are not currently able to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland. We hope to find a workable solution to this and will update via Instagram and our newsletter.

 

CAN I SEND A GIFT DIRECTLY TO SOMEONE? 

Yes! There should be an option for you to select an alternative address during the checkout process. If you have any problems just drop us a line at nikkissupplystore@gmail.com and we'll be happy to help.

As standard, our dispatch notes don't include item prices so don't worry about this being included in orders.

 

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED - WHAT DO I DO?

Please allow around 5-7 working days from date of order for your delivery to arrive.

Our UK orders have delivery confirmation scans. Please use the link in your dispatch confirmation email but note that this will only update once delivery has been attempted. 

If you believe your order is delayed, we'd recommend you first get in touch with your Local Royal Mail Delivery office to check if your parcel is waiting for you there. The easiest way to check is by popping in, in person, as not all Delivery Offices are able to check over the phone.

If your order is not with your local Royal Mail Delivery Office, please get in touch with us on nikkissupplystore@gmail.com, quoting your order number and your delivery address and we'll do our best to help.

CAN I STOCK YOUR PRODUCTS IN MY STORE?

We accept trade enquiries from bricks and mortar retail stores and can wholesale our exclusively designed products (e.g our notepads, washi tapes etc). If you're interested in stocking our products please get in touch via nikkissupplystore@gmail.com.
